Good day, everyone! I am so happy I have already concluded my third year of college. My next goal right now is to expand my career. It's not a great direction for my earning status. Unfortunately, it seems like I need to restart with my goals this vacation. My virtual friend decided to outsource the other work to someone who can look closely at it.
Then, my first direct Pinoy client expelled me because of their unfair labor practices. Is it normal to delay 14 days while other writers get their pay on time? For me, I find it a big red flag. I won't mind if they expel me as long as I can still receive my salary for the previous cut-off. I just chuckled when I heard from somewhere their media company is at a big loss😆. Why are they not thinking about the sustainability of the business?
Speaking of the title, one of my biggest takeaways is that manifestation is real. It will just happen if you do the work. Do you get what I mean? For example, you wish that you wanted to be rich. God granted your wishes, and He gave you a pot of gold. How would you turn it into money if you didn't go to a pawnshop? It is just a simple logic of our manifestation in life. You will only get what you want if you strive to get it.

A year ago, I posted this manifestation on my microblogging account. I achieved this rank level last year and am looking forward to it again. After I received the medal and certificate, I felt contentment since I had reaped all my efforts. And this S.Y., is it not bad to wish for the things you want to get? Getting that award from the school has a normative value for me. It demonstrates my hard work through the moments I wanted to give up.
During the first semester of this school year, I remember the times when I faced uncertainties. I cried while in front of the laptop, juggling work and review. It is when I find it challenging to manage everything. I have good time management skills, yet I sometimes cry when exhausted.
Imagine working your reviewer for 9 AM and only taking a two-hour lunch break. Then, you'll finish the pending work from your friend that you haven't yet used to do. Henceforth, you must attend church to do your duties since it is a blessing. After you arrive from the church, you will eat for dinner with blessings and head to your desk to review until 3 AM. That's how my life worked before, and it's almost depressing. The attached photo is the proof that I stayed until dawn to review.

Nevertheless, I passed this subject and am proud to have secured a good score. All my eyebags were paid off. My life rotates like that. I chose to pick this excerpt from my academic life since it is the most demanding subject that I took. There are a lot of formulas to memorize, and you need to analyze different situations. It's an inevitable nature of accounting.
For example, you need to distinguish whether a transaction is a loss from an accounting perspective. You must also memorize the pattern to get different taxes and guidelines on whether the transactions are taxable. The subject is a bit easy if you try to practice it yourself. However, it's hard if you only get familiar with it and don't try deciphering how to get it. I remember that I used to have 100-page back-to-back written notes to memorize all the terminologies and calculations.
When my professor announced my score, one friend jokingly said I was not even sleeping. I don't find it rude, but I consider it a compliment. I already used it, and sadly, they didn't pass. I got 43/50, while they got 23/50, and so on. It's such a flex.

Conversely, it's sometimes more frustrating when your organization's CEO orders you to create a social media caption during hell week. Sometimes, even if it's against your will, all of the officers must have a part in any organization's activity. Oh, that's very stressful. Yet, I still managed to get to the top. And just like that, the first semester has finally ended.
We discussed our grade results as we started our third year of the second semester. I still remember it when we ate lunch at the canteen. While eating, someone in our group expressed frustration about getting her first 2.25 on Taxation. She was one of the leading students in our class, and it's sad to hear that she didn't maintain it. I understood her in some ways since she was busy with her chemotherapy sessions. She also confessed that it was hard for her to meet passable grades. I also overheard from our president that she failed to get the Latin Honors because of that subject. That subject also ruined her dreams.
If you don't know yet, our university has this policy that you must have at least a 1.75 GPA to meet Latin Honors. Additionally, you must not have any 2.25-3.00 grades from any subject. If you already have a 2.25, you are still awarded Academic Distinction. It might serve as a consolation for those students who almost made it to Latin Honors. Luckily, I managed to bypass the challenge and remained consistent.
I got 1.50 from BAM 127 (Taxation), and my lowest subject is MKT 003 (Marketing Research), which is 2.00. I got a 1.60 GPA and met the dean's lister requirements. From my grades from the past semester, I only got two subjects with 2.00 grades. My GPA as of the moment without the second semester was 1.397 or 1.40. However, based on my predicted grades this semester, my overall GPA will be 1.448 or 1.45.
Here's a detailed breakdown of their Latin Honors standards:

During our SSP session, I wrote in my module that one of my academic goals is to secure Latin Honors. When my adviser read it, he franked me that he just found a way to make my grades meet the Latin honor standards. I think all the leaders from the research got 2.00 on that subject. If you look at my grades, you will almost think I will not make it.
Now that we've finally ended our second semester, my adviser asked me if I am available for April 3 during our exam. I asked him what the reason was, and he said that it was for CMA Awards Day together with your parents. Remember my manifestation from the first photo? It means that I have achieved my dreams. I'm ready to share with you what happened after I confirmed it.

oh wow! You're intelligent. period. You can do it, You 'll receive Latin Honors at the end of the school year. You have done a great job. Your parents must be proud of you. During our time one that has 2.0 in any subjects won't be recognized as Cum Laude.
wow ! Kayang kaya mo yang research. Ayoko talaga uang research nakakapagod. haha.. ipagpatuloy mo lang. napaka sipag mo ha nag VA na tapos dito sa hive while pumapasok. Galing! 👏
