Ibis?Well, Trudee, what can I say? These are all beautiful images as always and you have made a great #AlphabetHunt post. I like all images, but what have you done to this

I couldn't get my eyes away from the image - it's fascinating. It reminds me on a plague doctor (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plague_doctor) but the colors are the other way round ... very, very cool image, I like it a lot. 👍😁

Many thanks for your kind words and support Johann. I just used the paint feature on a photo editing site for the background of my Ibis. It takes quite a bit of practice but I enjoy working on this technique and have become quite engrossed in it.

I've tried it a few times but ran out of patience but I will continue to see what can be produced when I have the time and inclination.

I don't have a lot of patience, so I could never use such a tool 😉 lol
My workflow is always about the same in Lightroom and Photoshop and only the fine tuning varies from image to image.
