As the night falls the bright full snow moon lights up the sky...

Why is it called snow full moon?
Farmer's Almanac gives this explanation here

it’s known as the Snow Moon due to the typically heavy snowfall that occurs in February. On average, February is the United States’ snowiest month, according to data from the National Weather

It is said that what weather comes in with the full moon is what you can expect for the next bit. There was such fluctuation since the full moon that I guess that is what we get. It was -30 Celsius the night of the full moon then it warmed up to average temperatures which bought snow. Then the forecast says it goes up to - 2 Celsius for one day with snow then back to -30 - we just have to be prepared for anything.

Then I have some photos for the Season Hunt challenge with a theme of MISTY / FOGGY details here I have a shot of the effects of the mist around the moon.

Thank you for entering the competition.
Too bad you didn't try to describe the effects of the moon phases on nature. It would be a very original article :-)

Loved the Misty Glow Around Bright Half Moon.

Here it's been unusually warm until yesterday when the temps plummeted 20 degrees in 2 hours and then kept going. Thursday had hit 60F in the day and it was in the 50'sF during the night. At 5:30AM Saturday we stand at 10F. Bizarre weather for February...

The Moon is so nice. I am always struggling to catch it with my phone. You nailed it.

Most snowfall now sounds similar to the heat we have during February being hotter than most months.

Amazing moon photography with moods in mist or light cloud, great to see you again and hope you are all doing well.
