Theme is Frost and Ice!
Up first after a cold night is a large icicle hanging on the roof of the back deck.
Jack Frost leaves his designs on a vehicle window.
Frost and ice weights down the slender birch trees. Thankfully this hasn’t happened this winter.
The birches will recover and will bounce back after the ice melts.

Ice hangs down like long teeth on the rocks along the sides of this highway on the TransCanada highway.

Seeing snow and ice always cools me down, exceptional photography describing the conditions you live in and enjoy.
Ice freezing in mid-stream off the rocks, daggers to watch out for when exiting the home also reminds me the cold conditions come with different affects when living there.
Yes the ice can be dangerous especially icy roads or walkways. A mixture of salt and sand is usually put down by the road crew if situations look dangerous. The icicles accumulate around the eaves of the house so one is not walking that close to them. We had a couple warm days and most ice has melted but still lots of snow.

Wow, glad you made it with your Season Hunt. And what a hunt. That icicle hanging on the roof looks like a giant ice sword getting ready to fall on unwanted visitors lol. The car window frost looks like tiny white leaves so festive and pristine. Those ice hanging down along the TransCanada highway also looks like claws of some huge ice monster 😂

Icy highways can be dangerous especially on the road if you are driving. Luckily the road was clear and the ice monsters with the huge claws were along the ditches.
