Phone Photography Contest. I mostly stay at home and our Wednesday Walk is one of the rare cases when I go out of the house. haha
Anyway, I went out for a walk with my father and Max. This time, we chose the "beach route" because I wanted to see the sunrise. It's among my favorite things in this city. Unfortunately, Mr. Sun was shy this morning and was constantly hiding behind the clouds.
It's time for our Wednesday Walk and I decided to take this chance to do some "phonography" for @untilwelearn's
It was so cloudy and gloomy. It was already past six in the morning when I took these photos. It wasn't windy, either... but there was that slight cool breeze from the sea. It was still a nice feeling. Well, the sunrise wasn't the only beautiful thing in this place because the beach was also beautiful.
The beach may not have the white sand that I adore, but it's clean and the sea is clear. Looking at the sea and the vast horizon feels liberating. It takes away my worries even just for a while. It allowed me to breathe...
We stayed by the sea for several minutes before going home...
BUT WAIT!!! There are more photos I'd like to share here.
When we arrived at the small park, the Christmas decorations were still up and even lit. I was lucky to be able to take some photos before they turned off the lights a few minutes later.
Here are Max and my father at the main entrance... :)
It's the same theme as the plaza near our city hall. However, in this area, it's just Cinderella. Look at her and her already-tattered dress. Ooops
Don't worry Cinderella! Your fairy godmother got your back!!! (Like... literally! hahaha)
They're gigantic! Just look at their size compared to the people in the park. The horses look cool, though... XD
The lights were already off when we got to this sweet-looking Christmas tree, though. I got caught up with my pictorial with Cinderella that the time ran out. hahaha I enjoyed taking these photos, though...
And ohh... one more thing.
This old house caught my eye. I like old houses, but both my parents said it looks haunted. haha Well, it does have that kind of vibe, but for some reason, I find it uniquely attractive.
We've been passing by this area for years, but I never really noticed this house until earlier today. Perhaps someone from inside wanted my attention. Eeeek~! This is what I get for watching horror films... I don't mind it, though.
Anyway, I enjoyed the walk. It was refreshing and was a good exercise. I'm working in the afternoon and at night, so I'll be taking a short rest after posting this blog.
If you're from the opposite side of the world, did you have a great day? If you're from the same side... Enjoy your day, today!!!
Thanks for reading... Make good choices and see you around! (^^,)/
I do love early morning walks especially byt he water
that park is so cool witht he lights still up :)
Thanks for joining the Wednesday walk
Have a great day
It was lucky to have even a few minutes of the lights on... ^^
It's my pleasure... I'm always grateful for this initiative... ^^
So it started as just a walk but later it became a tour of amazing places. Well, I like all of them but the park with lighting looks beautiful! :)
That's right... Even though we've taken this route multiple times in the past, there's always something new to see. :) And yes, I was lucky to arrive before they turned them off. ^^
