How to buy packs on General Sale

How to estimate the packs price
Now with all this information the question arises, how much $WOO will a pack cost.
The $WOO team decided to calculate the exchange rate on a longer time period and do an average/mean of the exchange rates. They started to track the price of WOO end of September and they will do so till 1 hour before the general sale starts.
As of now they have 740 data points to calculate with. This is already a substantial amount. So let's look at one this means for the general sale.
We know that 740 data points were already done that is around 31 days and we have another 10 days before us. From here we can calculate the possible price fluctuations depending on an average $WOO price.
Current pack price 870 $WOO that means 2$ is 870 $WOO so 1$WOO has the worth of 0.0023$ currently. This is the average of the last 31 days.
How will this change in the future.
Let's see the value of $WOO if the average cost of $WOO changes in the upcoming 10 days. I will show you multiple scenarios:

When to buy $WOO
As shown in the table above, due to the accumulation phase
- The optimal price for selling $WOO is at $0.0023 worth of Hive
- The optimal price of buying $WOO is anything under $0.0023
While time progresses and if the prices stay low as they are, then the $0.023 mark will slowly move down. This means, that the value of $WOO will slowly decrease, though it would need some heavy cheap selling action to move it under $0.002.
Despite this, always remember that the cheaper $WOO is going to be, the less packs you can get for it. So it would be important to keep a balance here, and hopefully we won't have to many sellers in this game.
For buyers there are a few strategies here:
- Take the easy path and buy while the price of $WOO is below $0.00227. There does not seem to be big fluctuations of the price from here on. Buy as much as you need and look out for the general sale. For a guaranteed Sonny Onoo you will need 100 packs, count with this.
- Put in a sell order above the highest sell orders and look out for whales selling their stack. There are a few market maker bots there, so check after a few minutes if you still have your position. Bots are buying up a lot of $WOO and trying to sell them for a higher price. Be aware of that.
- Put in a low buy order and hope that the market will decline in the next week (I would be a bit skeptical here with the approach of the General Sale)
