Hollywood has always been open to WWE Superstars like The Rock, Batista, John Cena, Randy Orton and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. However, in recent years the number of women participating in wrestling projects has increased, such as Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan and Charlotte Flair. Deadline has confirmed that "Queen" will appear in "You Die, You Die," an independent thriller written by Carlos "Spiff TV" Suárez. The film revolves around a tech-savvy sociologist, with Freddy Rodríguez voicing the character. The film also stars Cree Josh Brie, Sophia Zimba, Ashley Earnnes, Alejandro Duran, Noah Sidr, March Sidr, Merchant Grant and Lydia Holmes.

Flair debuted in 2017's "Psych: The Movie" and announced last year that she will star in "The Queen of the Rings," a film set in the world of wrestling. However, due to interference from WWE, the treatment fell through and the role was passed to Toni Storm. Flair is currently recovering from a spinal cord injury that required surgery. She later shared videos and photographs of her recovery process. Before her injury, Charlotte was one of the highest-paid women in WWE history and she signed a new contract with the company that would keep her there for several years.
