Originally, the show was supposed to be a Pay-Per-View but due to lack of ticket sales, the show was moved from Suncorp Stadium to the Brisbane Entertainment Center. A planned 4 hour show was cut to a 2 hour show. The show will air on tape delay in the evening in the U.S after the NBA's all star festivities.
I also saw on X that a bunch of people were boo'ing Tony cause tickets were cheaper for better seats for the people that waited to buy. Idk this is a bad look for AEW in my understanding.
I would be agitated if I paid a pay per view price for a seat just to find out later that the seat is for a regular show.
Yeah, don't get me wrong. The fans have every right to be angry. Idk what Tony was thinking. I mean, he had to have known people would be mad about that. Well, maybe not. He does have a ton of money and maybe he is disconnected to the average fan cause money isn't a worry for him.
Yeah, I think TK is a bit disconnected from the average Joe since he was born with daddy's money in his bank account.
I am not a huge fan of AEW tbh. It just doesn't do it for me.
