I think WWE could've done more with Sonya Deville. She has a good catchphrase "Put your hair up & square up." She'll be a free agent at the end of this month. I think she'll do well on the independent scene.
Cedrick Alexander was in the Hurt Business. It is very likely that he'll be reuniting with The Hurt Syndicate in AEW.
I can see why basically all these people were released. I was never a fan of Isla Dawn or Sonya Deville. Sonya always looked incredibly awkward in the ring and she was in WWE for far too long imo. She never really did anything of note and tbh I feel they have too many women that aren't good competitors in the ring. Gallows and Anderson didn't really do anything for months and months. They are getting older too so they have to be used in the right capacity, and WWE is just not the place for them at this point. Tbh I can see them both going back to TNA and they could still show up on WWE and NXT during cross-over events, but I do think they would be better off in TNA.
I agree that Cedrick is probably going to AEW, but it's kinda weird how AEW just rehashes WWE characters and storylines. They can't really make their own stars. You could try to argue for MJF, but MJF already came in the door a star. AEW just capatalized on him being a star already. There may be an arguement for Darby because teaming him with Sting was good. Idk AEW has been a big dissapointment in a lot of ways.
AEW has it's problems too. Most, if not all the people who work in television production & creative did come from WWE like Michael Mansbury & writer Jennifer Peppermin.

Miro was booked well & over with the fans early in AEW. Those promos ending with "This is the word of the redeemer." was some good tv.

It was given time, that's why he got over. He had a good run with the TNT championship. He beat Darby Allin for it.
Idk I would disagree that he was truly over. He may have been over in the moment, but when he was gone I didn't see many people talking about him.
