RE: WWE Royal Rumble Thoughts

in WOOGame3 days ago

All WWE is doing is stat padding with Charlotte Flair. We've already seen Flair & Rhea have their bouts. We don't need to see it a 3rd time. Tiffany Stratton is on borrowed time. Charlotte Flair has no memorable title reigns. I do agree with your point of Jey Uso eliminating Cena to win is a moment that will last.

I don't disagree that it is stat padding, but that just means when she puts a new up and comer over in the future that will be an even bigger rub. I'm curious who you would see winning the Rumble for the women that would be a bigger draw than Charlotte at Mania? There is no money in Bianca Belair v Tiffy or Rhea as that will be best used for her against Jade. Liv Morgan v Rhea is the only thing that makes sense and that has already been wrapped up. Naomi? Nope. Raquel Rodriguez? Nope. Nia Jax v Tiffy maybe but you can still have Nia win the Elimination Chamber to set that up. Not even Alexa winning makes sense at this point.

I don't think WWE has many options who to win the Rumble. Charlotte winning on her return and it works perfectly with the history Charlotte and Rhea have. Remember WM 39 Rhea beat Charlotte for the first time ever in a 1-on-1 match at mania after Rhea won the rumble.

From a booking standpoint I'm just not sure who else should win the Rumble. Tbh I hate that they do two rumble matches now. It waters down the event and WWE doesn't have a stacked enough women's division to pull it off.

This is what happens when you don't create other superstars in the women's division. It creates lack of alternatives, especially when choosing a Rumble winner. Charlotte has been stuffed down our throats so much, I personally do not think she's a draw anymore. I think Bayley should've won again since she's one of the 4 horsewomen & hasn't been pushed like Charlotte Flair. There hasn't been a woman who's won back to back rumbles. I think Bayley deserves that accolade. The fact we are talking about only horsewomen proves the lack of depth in the women division.
