Ostatniego dnia pobytu w Turcji pojechaliśmy w końcu do pobliskiego miasta Kusadasi, aby obejrzeć zgiełk życia w kurorcie, port no i oczywiście wszechobecne tureckie bazarki.
Kusadasi to portowe miasto liczące około 50 tyś. mieszkańców, znajdujące się vis a vis greckiej wyspy Samos, na której byliśmy rok temu.
On the last day of our stay in Turkey, we finally went to the nearby city of Kusadasi to see the hustle and bustle of life in the resort, the port and of course the ubiquitous Turkish bazaars.
Kusadasi is a port city with a population of about 50,000. inhabitants, located vis a vis the Greek island of Samos, where we were a year ago.
Już z daleka uwagę przyciąga góra z kolorowymi domkami i napisem w stylu Hollywood - Kusadasi na wzgórzu, tutaj niestety schowanym za drzewem.
Already from a distance, the mountain with colorful houses and a Hollywood-style inscription - Kusadasi on the hill, here unfortunately hidden behind a tree, attracts attention.
Aby tam dotrzeć z przystanku autobusowego trzeba przedrzeć się przez rozkopane miasto - ta część Kusadasi to istny plac budowy. Tuż przed zasłoniętym płotem, odgradzającym nasz chodnik od dziury ziemi, stoi sobie pomnik ministra sprawiedliwości (1924-1930) oraz gospodarki (1922-1923) - Mahmuta Esata Bozkurta.
To get there from the bus stop you have to go through the dug up city - this part of Kusadasi is a real construction site. Just in front of the covered fence separating our sidewalk from the hole in the ground, there is a statue of the Minister of Justice (1924-1930) and Economy (1922-1923) - Mahmut Esat Bozkurt.
W ścisłym centrum roi się od turystów, jest pełno miłych kawiarenek, masę sklepików z pamiątkami i całe mnóstwo bazarków z pseudomarkowymi produktami o jakości najróżniejszej kategorii - od taniego plastiku, bo prawdziwą i porządną skórę.
The very center is full of tourists, there are plenty of nice cafes, a lot of souvenir shops and a whole lot of bazaars with pseudo-branded products of various quality categories - from cheap plastic to real and decent leather.
Muszę przyznać, że pomimo tłoku, spacerowanie tu po mieście sprawia mi więcej frajdy, niż po tylko trochę bardziej zatłoczonym Efezie. Może to fakt, że jest to miłe miasteczko, widok gór i morza, a może to to, że można sobie na drogę kupić dobre lody.
I have to admit that despite the crowds, I enjoy walking around the city here more than just a little more crowded Ephesus. Maybe it's the fact that it's a nice town, the view of the mountains and the sea, or maybe it's that you can buy good ice cream on the way.
Wszędzie jest kolorowo i jest całkiem sporo zieleni.
Everywhere is colorful and there is quite a lot of greenery.
Na środku alejki wiodącej do morza stoi taki zabytkowy budynek. Wnikliwsza inspekcja z obu stron wskazała, że jest to tzw. Kervansarayı - czyli zabytkowy karawanseraj, zajazd dla karawan, obecnie hotel, restauracja i bazarek.
In the middle of the alley leading to the sea there is such a historic building. A more thorough inspection from both sides indicated that it is a so-called Kervansarayı - a historic caravanserai, an inn for caravans, now a hotel, restaurant and bazaar.
Dochodzimy wreszcie do brzegu morza. Na wzgórzach po obu stronach zatoki widoczne są liczne zabudowania. Plaża jest kamienista i osłonięta od wiatru, dzięki czemu woda ma przepiękny, błękitny kolor.
We finally reach the seashore. Numerous buildings are visible on the hills on both sides of the bay. The beach is rocky and sheltered from the wind, thanks to which the water has a beautiful blue color.
Kusadasi spodobało nam się do tego stopnia, że wieczorem postanowiliśmy podjechać raz jeszcze - na zachód słońca. Oto on.
We liked Kusadasi so much that in the evening we decided to go again - for the sunset. That's him.

@asia-pl hej ☺️ i jak wrażenia z Turcji, w porównaniu do Grecji? Wiem, że to inne kraje, inne kultury. Nigdy nie byłam w Turcji turystycznie (jedynie na lotnisku w Istambule) i zastanawiam się jak wypada ten kraj w porównaniu ze swoim sąsiadem 😉 Oczywiście subiektywnie, w Twoich oczach...
Turcja ma najlepsze hotele, choć ten nasz na Samos też był super. Natomiast co dla nas ważne to ten turecki miał mega fajne atrakcje dla dzieci. All inclusive w Turcji jest też najlepszy.
I tu, i tu jest co zwiedzać. Jest trochę taniej w Turcji ;) ogólnie i Grecję i Turcję bardzo lubię i polecam 😁
Dzięki za odpowiedź. Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś zobaczę Turcję poza lotniskiem 😉 w tym te superowe hotele i różne fajne miejsca. Jedzonko pewnie też mają świetne. Pamiętam, że na lotnisku byłam pod wrażeniem ich słodyczy i lokalnych potraw 😋
Aczkolwiek muszę przyznać, że w Turcji byłam tylko w kurortach nad morzem. Taki Istambuł to już na pewno inne zanurzenie w ich kulturę i chętnie bym się kiedyś wybrała zobaczyć jak tam jest :)
