I decided to take the gloves off, so to speak, and upgrade everything when possible.
I initially upgraded the stash and favor. I hoped that would help with the goal of keeping more of my scrap.
I have also started upgrading the mining. My hope there is I’ll be able to collect more scrap when I am online. I know I’ll lose more when I am offline but I think it will be offset by my stealing scrap.
To that end I also started raising my defense and the attack stats. That strategy is apparent, keep or take more scrap.
I have started buying flux on this and the main account. I may just build that up and not use them immediately. At some point I may get too big to purchase upgrades and will have to use the flux.
The win/loss stats are still that two to one ratio. I doubt that will ever change since every upgrade always exposes my stack to stronger players who attack me.
