Very true, stacks are built during the dips. It's just so much easier to follow this principle if you are not overexposed. People who panic sell have probably invested way more than they can afford to lose.

I never panic sold but I was too stubborn and wasn't prepared for the worst-case scenario.
Thank you for the lessons learned and now I feel more confident with my long term game plan with crypto!

Same again, never panic sold but I've made too many mistakes along the way anyway. Now I'm hopefully much more experienced and prepared for the future.
