The EU prevents any of it's member states from delivering these services to their populations, and is in the process of reducing them to subjugation to totalitarian tyranny, as is obvious from the serial coups ongoing in since Georgia Meloni betrayed her people, and will soon include Germany's banning the AfD.

Ursula Von der Leyen has captured the EU, and represents the HATO faction that brings the most money and power to the table. Since (to my recollection) the EU has forced upon it's member states the invasion of migrants and has blackmailed or bribed the polities of those states blatantly to support this invasion beginning with the accession to power of Georgia Meloni in Italy, then Donald Tusk in Poland, and now openly coups it's member states as it has in Romania, France, and soon Germany, it prevents the indigenous populations from resisting this invasion and their genocide that results.
To be fair (undeservedly) the UN itself is merely rhetorically dedicated to the provisions you posted in the pic. It is bought and paid for by enemies of society, such as HATO, and follows the money.
