No es un helado, es un gelato.
¡Wow! Salir en familia, eso para mí es la gloria. Aunque no tengamos para comprar, cuando estamos juntos, mi esposa, mis hijas y yo, la pasamos muy bien. ¿Y qué mejor manera de pasarla bien que comiendo y disfrutando de un exquisito helado?
Ese día era un viernes, y yo había reunido dinero para poder llevar a mi familia a disfrutar de un helado en una heladería muy famosa aquí en Lechería. Por cierto, la foto del concurso es de ese día viernes; no diré el nombre para no hacerle publicidad. Sí, puedo decir que es costoso comer allí ese postre, pero, por otro lado, debo reconocer y puedo decir que lo vale. Para comenzar, yo le digo helado, pero en realidad es gelato. Sí, gelato. Mis hijas me dijeron que allí no venden helados, sino gelatos.
Así que ese día viernes nos fuimos a disfrutar de una tarde diferente, en un lugar distinto al que nunca habíamos ido, a comer gelatos.
Estos momentos son los que quedan en mi memoria. Sin importar el precio, disfrutar de algo tan delicioso como lo es un gelato —no un helado— creo que para la próxima será un helado en una de esas heladerías que son una franquicia y están en varias partes de mi ciudad, y cuestan 1 dólar el helado de cono. Jejejeje.
No es un helado, es un gelato. Y de cuatro sabores. La combinación que elegimos fue la preferida por cada uno.

Wow! Going out with the family, that for me is pure bliss. Even if we can't afford to buy much, when we're together—my wife, my daughters, and I—we have a great time. And what better way to enjoy ourselves than by eating and savoring a delicious ice cream?
That day was a Friday, and I had saved some money to take my family to enjoy some ice cream at a very famous ice cream parlor here in Lechería. By the way, the photo for the contest is from that Friday. I won't mention the name so as not to advertise it. I can say, though, that enjoying dessert there is pricey, but on the other hand, I must admit that it's worth it. To start with, I call it ice cream, but in reality, it's gelato. Yes, gelato. My daughters told me that they don't sell ice cream there but rather gelato.
So that Friday, we went out to enjoy a different kind of afternoon, in a place we'd never been to before, to eat gelato.
These are the moments that remain in my memory. Regardless of the cost, enjoying something as delicious as gelato—not ice cream—is priceless. I think next time it'll be ice cream from one of those franchise parlors found in several parts of my city, where a cone costs 1 dollar. Hehehe.
It's not ice cream; it's gelato. And it had four flavors. The combination we chose was everyone's personal favorite.

Gelato dicen que se diferencia de los helados por su textura y cremoso contenido, de todas formas es delicioso como sea u pasarla en familia es el mejor recuerdo. Un abrazo
