The missions sound harder than they are....well, at least for the right person.
The first mission would involve reading a couple articles on a different style of house built using barbed wire, sandbags, and earth. Then find out if it is possible to buy sandbags or barbed wire in your area plus prices. If sandbags aren't available it can also be done using the sacks that hold rice...so maybe a rice farmer might be better person.
The second mission is just to see what types of apartments are available. Check out the location of an inexpensive one and take a couple of pictures. I remember when you mentioned a room for rent can be had for 5000 Naira/month and I'm still curious what a room like that would look like. What area it would be located in. How you would go about renting it and the process involved.
No pressure, missions are supposed to be fun. If it's not fun then don't do it ;)
