I couldn't get over the Euphoria of yesterday. It was such an amazing Saturday.
For a very long time, I decided to shut down everything concerning work, and just live in the moment.
Y'all, my beautiful friend got married yesterday and I turned up big time.
I love Love. I love to see people staying in love over the years and more to that, I love the bliss and excitement that comes with genuinely having your own person.
Marriage is such a beautiful thing but there is so much effort required. For a lasting marriage, commitment, respect, forgiveness, forbearance, communication, and most of all accountability is needed amongst other important qualities.
It's not just about staying together when all is well and opting out when the going get tough. It's about being a team and figuring things out.
I'm so excited for my friends. I felt their happiness yesterday and I know it was a dream come true for both of them.
Now they've entered a new phase in their lives and I genuinely pray that they stay in love forever no matter what.
While they had their first couple dance the DJ played a very timeless song and honestly I felt the lyrics to the bone.

I'm very certain that no couple ventured into marriage with the aim of breaking up after a while. Sadly, our generation now see marriage as a mere contract where they can just choose to walk away at the slightest inconvenience.
The marriage discourse enlightened the singles to take their time and choose wisely.
Choose a man you can easily submit to, and choose a lady you can lay down your life for (how deep your love for her should be)
Singles shouldn't marry out of pity or pressure. Find love, nurture it. Become genuine friends before taking it to the next level.
And you who have find a wife, you've really obtained favor from the Lord, please cherish the bond and ensure you make her your safest abode and vice versa.
I wish my friends who got hitched nothing but the best and I hope those who are looking forward to a day like this, that all they've wished and prayed for will come to them. Until then, keep building yourself so that you because a prayer answered to your future partner.
