You see, there's so much to be grateful for, more than we even know, and this is the reason why we need to approach life with a sense of gratitude.

Sometimes I stop and think about what am thinking about and I intentionally discard the bad one's.
The thing about our Thoughts is that we don't always get to choose them, sometimes they just come and invade our minds but we can always say no to them.
