RE: Sad Sunday is back today - The Poet Acts

I find these sad pieces more beautiful than they happy counterparts. It is a thing of how each one's brain works. Of course, watching you play with your elegance is bliss. The piece makes me thing of past things and how the influence the future. As if the repetitions and slight changes in the phrases hold an element of what had been done and what little control exists in what comes next.

Past things...little control what comes next...
Thoughts that inspired the post we made some time ago 😊

Regarding what is more beautiful, it is indeed a personal thing. Many times, all of us, tend to like more the sad tunes. But, how good to hear an upbeat song that lifts the mood, increase the heartbeat and makes you move. Isn't it just awesome? 😃

Indeed. I find it even more special when pieces have these changes from parallel keys and all that sadness gets carried onto the major part and it sounds even more beautiful.

Oh yes, modulation is a great tool to change our mood too 😇🎶🎶

Indeed. That's the magic of music. 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
