Indeed, love shouldn't be wicked or disrespectful...
It's disheartening to hear of such a thing. I mean, this guy is clearly a much enough adult and a working one at least. With every iota of little sense, he shouldn't be told to share in the bills also.
I feel the lady should do that which will give her back her peace. Peace is very important. And I can tell you that without peace you can even lose those Christian virtues, or love in this case. With almost every moment of quarrel, she would hardly identify anything as love with him. Sending him back home or letting him have his place will be the best option here, for both of them.
