RE: Music brings all the memories

in Q Inspired-by-Music11 months ago

Till today, Lucky Dube's songs are my favorite. He stood for justice. He sang against racial discrimination at the peak of South African struggle for independence. He showed solidarity with Zimbabwe. He sang against crime and corruption. He showed his disdain for giving birth to children and throwing them on the street. He encouraged giving rather than taking. I can go on and on. The man is a legend that generations yet unborn would hear about.

His song was powerful that it gives so much answer to relevant situations in south Africa and other African countries. In fact, people across the continent took to his music so deeply that the singer could only hold his live concerts in large stadium that always sold out.

Thanks for coming around 😊
