it is usually advised to take it easy but, as an overthinker, it is easier said than done.
Yes, I know, it is easier said than done, but that is what all who care for you will say to you. First to understand you, hug you, share a list of music and also remind you to try not to "beat" yourself too much!!

They are all trying to do that but, most times people don't understand unless they are in your shoes.
Regardless, I am trying though, taking it easy.
It's a process... the trying part to take it easy. Sometimes we are successful in it and reach the peace in us. Sometimes not. Surround yourself with people that can understand you in the best way 😌
I have been trying to surround myself but, I can only do that virtually, most of my friends moved away from my state, and it's hard to make new ones.
I can relate, but in my case, I moved... Anyway, I found new friends, but once my childhood and school friends are not physically here.
I think I need to go out of my comfort zone to be able to find friends, maybe soon.
