Somehow my day today was also a bit weird, feeling down.
Oh wow. I am so sorry to hear that.
I usually don't let the outside circumstances affect my mood, but it just happened.
We are only human and we can only be so strong.
I believe it is okay to feel the emotion but not dwell on it or let it consume us that we seize from being our best selves and staying productive.
This evening talked to my mom, and felt how positive she is! Both of them, my parents, and they dont have it easy.
Oh dear. A whole lot is going on.
Apparently, my mom was encouraging me this morning and I happen to be encouraging her this evening. It is not really easy.
We just need to have the right people in our corner to be there to encourage us when we are down and we will do the same for them.
Then I see this post of yours...

it's ok, we all have to have those days. Not a bad day, but either that shiny as usual. But you are right, I agree with you completely, that it is ok to feel the emotion but not let it consume us.
