Self love is one of the most important aspect of life and love that's often ignored we get too busy with activities doing a lot of things even trying to give love to others yet we forget the source of the love which is supposed to flow from the inside then out to the world and funny enough we expect people to love us when you haven't even loved yourself having this self care or love has a very big role to play in both our mental health personal growth social life and all the rest of them even as we confess love to others you should also confess love to yourself
A lot of person don't like the way the look or the way they talk walk some don't like their height body stature skin colour or even tribe name it but then it will interest you to know that you weren't the one who created yourself and there's no amount of self hatred you give to yourself that will be able to change that all you have to do is just first accept who you are and accept what you're made of because your are UNIQUE AND SPECIAL a beautiful creature that the creator himself had to sit down and mold to fashion the beauty of life ohh darling you wouldn't know how many people are longing just to have that thing you hate about yourself and if there's actually something you want to change about yourself you have to first love it because it's until you love it you can be able to think of a better way to make them good don't say mirror mirror on the wall just say you're cute
When I heard this song JUICE by LIZZO on the radio l left what i was doing just to listen to the lyrics I wasn't really getting it I had to rush to my phone and search and here it was mennn the lyrics is fire you know one line I loved …if i'm shining then everyone is gonna shine … you've got to let the love in you shine first for others to shine it felt like LIZZO came to my room and said grab a pen lets write
You know they reason why we say love and act hate is because there's yet no love in us
When there's love in you your relationship with others will blossom

The most aspect of love celebrated is the sweet romantic love an intimacy filled love a desire and passion for someone very dear to us it creates a relationship that mature into a deeper more stable kind of love which it's foundation is surrounded by trust mutual respect commitment allowing each other to see through your hearts craving always for each other's presence but then love is not just all about the romantics relationship love should influence our emotional stability and also shape who we are which is our identity so you see love should be able bringing out the who we are from the inside that is when it can be felt among others
Love is not just a one faced or compressed emotions it's not something that can be hidden from the natural eyes or even the spiritual eyes because even a blind man can know and sense when he's been treated with love it's a feeling of intensive deep attraction affection and care towards others there's this attachment we have towards the people we love we wants to be everything to them which is very much okay but then if you haven't develop the habit of loving yourself first we might not have any love to give out and that's where we end up saying love and doing the opposite
Love should foster our connections to others bring out the better and beautiful version of ourselves an acceptance of who we are and then the acknowledgement and acceptance of who others are enjoying the uniqueness of one another knowing that no one on earth is perfect not you not me not any one we were all made imperfect to compliment each other
Imagine a world full of people with self love we won't have bullies angry cops jealous friends or a timid self
