Yes, both are different. Both of them are working on different surface, on an object and on a living thing which is the human (skin). I think the technique used for both are the same thought, I guess the only difference is the ink selection and the air brush setting. But correct me if I am wrong 😅😅 !PIZZA

Yes, they can use anything as their 'canvas', as long as the person is willing to be painted on :D
