I love, love, love Corn!
I don't remember if I ever tasted it boiled, but we're having it smoked at least once every year.
Still not its time of year in Libya though, as far as I know.

Yup! Even if I didn't eat it before, almost anything would be easier to bite and chew than the smoked ones... The hardness is another thing I like about them.
