I know I have a lot of ideas, but it's a struggle to put them in words.
I think the FreeWrite challenge helped me a little, and reminded me that even if I felt what I wrote isn't good enough other people might like it, it's a shame for these writings of mine to not see the light.

It depends. If you still own the writes then maybe. For chapbook entries, no.

They would be considered like any other general submission. But have to fit the categories of the guideliens.
