This looks nice! The fact that people who are doing this and not the authorities makes me smile.~

...but I hope it's in the people's rights to do this, and not against whatever authority that governs the land.

    This has become a norm in virtually all Nigerian communities. Its not against the law as far as I know. Thanks for the token!

    If it's not against the law, I think that's good... I wish something like this was possible in Libya, then again we might be too lazy for it to work as well as it did in your country.
