You can't as it's not yours. It's borrowed HIVE POWER and belongs to someone else's account, (a delegation to you.) Since you don't have enough HP now, you can't post without it.
Be sure to always have 10+ HP not-counting delegations, so you can post/comment whenever you want.

You can suggest that @pramonoutomo use the @giftgiver service for free Hive Power delegations (and HIVE/HP). 😁
Haha, it always slips from my mind... I still recommend keeping 10 HP because giftgiver isn't always available, but yeah: Always check it first!
