I have no problem if it only benefitted one person or harmed a few people... But the majority of Bitcoin users are affected badly by it, which is very sad...

Yes, the entire bitcoin community is affected by it. But the entire community is affected every time a whale sells off millions of BTC in a few days. It's a network community. Everything anyone does impacts the entire community.
