While I think it's a good idea myself, this wording:
memes that dont make me laugh
...doesn't seem very decentralized. Not a big problem, but I just wanted to point it out. It's better to find a better criteria than "me."

Nah ya dont gotta be a member, but itd give more weight tho, plus more understanding of the "why" of the criteria. There isnt much other criteria I can use to filter out low effort meme spamming than my meme experience.
