The latest series is called Transformers: Earthspark and honestly i not seen it yet since it just came out! The last series i watched was The War for Cybertron where it was mainly 10 episodes per season and had 3 seasons hence a trilogy.
Yes with Peter Cullen and Frank Welker doing their original roles. Sadly Christopher Collins died in 94 so the voice for Starscream is not original. A lot of the others are similar voice actors from other series that are not G1
I'd love to see a crossover cause even a modern version would be just as epic!

From the Google images, "The War for Cybertron" looks very realistic compared to what I remember transformers to be like.

the war for cybertron is actually based off a comic book series! I do like how they used the original voices with a more modern(ish) look.
