Your channel description sounds like someone Begging. It may give you pity subscribers, but that's the second worst kind of subs you can get. (only better than Haters.)
""Gaming Channel" + Names of games you love" 👈 Will be a better description.

The "Subscribe & Hit the Notification Bell" should be in the videos themselves and/or in the video's description, but not in the channel description, a place you're supposed to tell "about yourself"
At least that's what I think @czander.
If you're doing this on purpose, it's ok.
