Usually best to eat them raw, in a salad or smoothie. If cooking add at or towards end, depending on texture.
I dont even know how many greens there are, spinach, lettuce, cilantro, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabagge, celery and asparagus. I doubt I can eat those all raw.
I think beans, lentils of any type require you to have some exercise or some level of walk. otherwise even rice would make your stomach have full of gas.
