A simple exercise.

Sit upright and comfortably.

Look straight.

Inhale and move your head leftwards.

Exhale and bring it back to center.

Inhale and move your head rightwards.

Exhale and bring it back to center.

Repeat it 3–5 times.

Whenever someone offers you food.
