In the end it's a tool to prevent people from thinking that you milk rewards with low effort content.
Basically it is a setting where you can say: "please don't give me more than X" as rewards for this. They added it because dbuzz posts are usually not filled with a lot of content and this way you can show the community that you value your content not as high as others.
That makes sense! Is it the total amount or single voter amount? 😆
