Do exchanges pay something when they list a token/coin? Seems hard to get them list toke/coin even if that token/coin is an old and thriving token/coin

Exchanges have Dev costs and need to have initial coin holdings for liquidity.
$HIVE does not pay for exchange listings since it's not a centralized organization.
But it is possible to raise money for marketing costs, and it is what we are working on.

Binance was recent charged by the SEC and the former CEO and founder of #Binance may face jail time.
The company also got fined over $4 Billion USD.
