Thank you. Yeah I'm still not sure what I'm looking at. Someone gifted me some, and I guess they recharge overtime? I'll have to look more into this soon.

• Resource Credits determines how many transactions you can do on #Hive.

If it gets too low, you might not be able to transact.. but I think 1% - 3% is already high enough.

1% Resource Credits is "high enough" if the user has about 100 current Hive Power. With less than HP than that, the user would have to wait until RC regenerates before being able to post or comment again (on D.Buzz or out).
