As I have become a follower and loyal user of this platform, it occurred to me to talk to @chrisrice, one of its founders, I wanted to make a post where I talk about the emergence of this project, I proposed the idea in the Discord channel, and he accepted, here I leave you the interview with his considerations, I hope you enjoy it.

♠ How did the idea of creating the DBuzz front-end arise?/ And who is the founding team?
The idea arose in the middle of 2019, when it seemed like Twitter was the #1 web2 social media platform for cryptocurrency. Crypto users would flock to Twitter using the hashtag #CryptoTwitter, and it seemed odd that Hive (formerly Steem), did not have a microblogging platform, even though Hive was the #1 blockchain for Web3-based social media platforms (in terms of active users).

DBuzz does not use any special algorithms within the DBuzz site, outside of the standard algorithm used on Hive, including the Following, Trending and Recent Post (ie. "Buzz") Feeds laid out by Hive.Blog (formerly Steemit.com).

The maximum accepted payout is set to 1 HBD by default, due to the low acceptance of short form content in the Hive community compared to longer form content such as blogs or videos.
The max-accepted-payout number can be changed, if you click on the number that is set by default on the Buzz form ( 1 HBD) and edit it, but I recommend you only change the max-accepted-payout for high quality content that you do not think will get down voted.

You and others could then create your own frontend, like DBuzz, but that would also work together with DBuzz).

There is so much potential and its the decisions we make that will determine how successful we are at capitalizing on those opportunities. More support from the Hive community, and support for our upcoming Hive Proposal would enable us to make major waves in the crypto and microblogging scene in my opinion.
But outside of speculating, DBuzz v3.0 is only a week or two away from full completion, so within three years (Jan. 2020 - Dec. 2022) we finally built a final product, and are now ready to improve it with DBuzz v4.0.

Am using DBuzz also regularly and also think it is a great platform for Web3 Micoblogging. What would be great to have in the future is a mobile App of it like Ecency or maybe integrated into Ecency.
I had already suggested to @chisrice that idea, thanks for your opinion, it would be great in the future to use a mobile app. Success in the near future.
