Grayscale Bitcoin Trust will not prove their reserves. Maybe this is why the equity is trading 40% to 50% below NAV - they may not have the Bitcoin they claim to have.

It will only take a court order for them to do so. Now all central exchanges are scary. Yet we don't have an enhanced truly decentralised exchange.
