Enjoy the mining profits while you can. When ETH goes to POS vs. POW, probably around the end of 2021, the profitability of using your GPU to mine may not be profitable :(. I am currently mining on 6 laptops⛏️

I just hope changing the algorithm doesn't backfire... I know it'll reduce gas fees but if it didn't make the transaction painless I'll switch from ETH altogether.

Proof of stake will definitely make transaction fees very very low.

I hope so, if they're like the current BCH fees I say ETH will become much more popular than it already is, (I'd argue it'll overthrow BTC.)

That's the data for your mining rig? How costly was it?

I didn't invest anything into mining, just having my gaming PC mining. In fact the mining is so light that I can play Stellaris without any framerate hit while it's running.

Wow, that's unexpected!

Can you tell me what's the GPU of your PC?

@ahmadmangazap, sorry!

You can call the PIZZA bot a maximum of 10 times per day.

about 35 dollars a day I probably average around 15

That's nice!
So, that's the final rush before ETH mining is done, right?

ETH website has 2021/22 for the date that POS will be happing...lol. You can also take a look at the road map here:

Forgot that POS, isn't the same as EIP-1559... Yeah, there's still time.

Hey...what do you think about LTC?

A personal enrichment scheme for Charlie Lee that doesn't offer anything substantial compared to the plethora of other cryptos that do the same job better.

Hmm that's a first. Was thinking it had great potential...thanks for your insights

I have a few LTC and do like it because:

  1. Fees are low
  2. You can buy it almost everywhere that BTC is sold
  3. It has been around for a long time compared to most Altcoins
Disclaimer: I like almost all crypto vs. Fiat
