Six weeks earlier before visiting the General outpatient clinic,
He was involved in fatal motor vehicle accident. He was a passenger in the vehicle. He was the only survivor of the crash. The driver and remaining passenger died
After further evaluation, the doctor suggested that the patient would need a brain CT scan; which is a specialized study that can show if there are injuries to the brain or its covering.
The CT scan showed that there is blood collection compressing the brain.

The next thing to do is a neurosurgical consultation. The patient has brain surgery to evacuate the blood collection.
48 hours later the patient was on his feet, headache has subsided.

The near miss in this story..
The patient presented with a complaint on the chest, meanwhile, the problem is in the brain. Obviously, the chest pain and brain injury resulted from the accident. The brain injury has been there all this while..
End of story...
