Reason; I have a level 2 regular foil qoura and the dec that I'm going to get from it will be use to upgrade my deck.

I understand your prerogative since you do not especially play GF cards, but I've been waiting over a year to open one and finally did three days ago. Did you consider you would only need 2 GF quora to get it to lvl 3 for immunity, but would need 10 RF quora for lvl 3. It can also be used to great effect in GF tournaments and GF brawls, but again I understand the motivation to get DEC for a card you don't plan on using a lot.
It's on my alt acct bro.. but got a lvl 2 r.f. on this acct and still recieve some qoura on this acct..
I'm playing gold foil on my main acct. But no luck with pulling a gold foil qoura on that acct.. haha
