... a bag of popcorn.
Of course, at the rate of news happening these days I may have to expand my snack options.

I'm happy to be off it. I can get enough news elsewhere and prefer some control over the sources. Despite what I've heard I never see politics on FB and that's fine, but the feed is mostly crap.
I haven't been spending much time on FB lately. The timeline is definitely different these days. The one thing I have found enjoyable is scrolling through Reels. I have to say the abundance of Ted Lasso goodness was a nice way to spend some time. With so much breaking news happening all the time, it was nice to just be positively entertained.
I'm finding it better to ignore the FB feed as mine is full of 'suggested' stuff that can just eat time. I mainly use it for Messenger to stay in touch with people.
If it wasn't for groups I wouldn't be on FB at all. It's the groups that keep me coming back. Then I'll get drawn into a Reel. That's when time flies by.
What's the latest news on X that caught your attention?
Here's one snack!

All of the breaking news is keeping my eyes glued to the screen. Talk about news happening in real time. It's far beyond the sort of news I grew up with back in the day.
Mainstream news is now rendered obsolete by alternative media.

True. Especially when we can see what is happening globally all in the same place. The old saying, "News travels fast" is more true now than ever.
I am curious now about how news censorship works. 😅
