I am thinking of adding board games to my facility. Perhaps this will help develop community amongst the members, which could encourage more people to join.

People prefer billiard tables very much here.
People like to play billiards here. I've never played it, but I'm very interested in it.

Pool is more popular than billiards around here. But, I don't know if I can justify the expense of a pool table to my board of directors.
You can't go wrong with the classics: Monopoly, Checkers, Chess, Chinese Checkers, Scrabble, etc. You may want to include card decks such as Uno as well as the traditional decks.

The community has spoken. The smallest HBIT unit is the quark!
We were definitely thinking those exact same ones. Maybe also Operation.
Operation-- good call. Whatever games you add, they can't be head-scratchers (such as anything in the FLUXX series of card games).
Trivial Pursuit or Cards against Humanity may be good additions as well; it depends on how well you know your people. Gambling games such as craps could work, but they may lead to problems you just don't want to deal with.
Is it a Sr. Citizens facility?

No, it's a co-working space. But, members don't spend all of their time working. The games would mainly be for after hours or weekend use.
Ah okay, got it . . kind of like #AirBNB, but for working, and not overnight.

Along those lines. On occasion, we'll have somebody pull an all-nighter. But, that's for studying. I doubt those individuals would play games rather than get some rest.
Well, there are some dedicated gamers out there.
