I dont think so. Best example is #KAS. Many people talk about it already but its still quiet new. Now they are running they testnet with 10BPS and if they make the smart contracts also than they will 🚀

    Yes, that could be so, but it's likely not really the common person talking about this.

    I think this more refers to peak excitement when people who are out of crypto are all in.

    I get what you mean though, is not universally true.
