I think that's a generalization because !LUV is a spectrum. People change from loving to hating to loving each other all the time, but I think the argument @garygrandme uses could include indifference too, it also changes.

Actually the chances of neutrality changes are the same as love being replaced by hate. New info and/or new experience and boom!
..I do think that "indifference from both sides" doesn't change because it limits new meetings and experiences. Don't you think?
