Posted via D.Buzz#Legalization. The #govt allows what it has previously banned. Restrictions are created for earning extra money by the govt. But growing resistance forces them to liberalize. A good example is the ban and permit of marijuana. Sadly, when you celebrate a win, they create new bans.
Dont forget the Prohibition of alcoholic drinks a century ago in the United States. That wasn't a fun time, either.
