Please don't confuse freedom of speech with spam. Freedom of speech does not give a license to exploit and spam the platform.

Is the user "thahodler/fdeflash" a newbie on the internet (used the internet for the first time today) so he/she does not know that doing nothing else except spamming referral link 25 times in one day is considered spam?
