Looks like you need more population as there are 697 jobs not filled. Maybe buy some houses or apartments to increase population.

Yes i did an overkill with the cards, still deciding which houses i will invest next in but first i will let this one going for few days before investing further . And i need to get somee more HIVE first as it seems the purchases with SWAP.HIVE are more convenient that the ones with SIM .
